The Black Philanthropy Circle of Howard County
The BPC of Howard County was founded in December of 2023 to create a
platform for members to pool together their resources to enhance the quality
of life for African Americans in Howard County and promote philanthropy
ultimately creating a legacy of giving that will last for generations to come.
